oxo gravy sour taste

the breakfast was lovely.

The beef bourguignon did not match the menu description. It tasted like braised beef in oxo gravy! the mashed potatoes had an odd sour taste. i also noticed chefs using their hands to portion out salads, which guests should not see.

usb sockets delicious breakfast

The room had two USB sockets and two 13A sockets near each side of the bed. It really helps modern travelers. Breakfast, prepared by Karim, the night porter, was delicious.

The hotel was mostly fine, but the Yorkshire puddings were overcooked.

dismissive attitude early entry

Breakfast was problematic. i asked a staff member about gluten-free options and requested the allergen booklet, but i was met with a dismissive attitude. the staff member stated i should have informed them earlier and that the gluten-free sausages were a hassle to prepare. this exchange happened in front of other guests, causing discomfort. furthermore, a cleaner entered my room an hour before checkout, without an apology.
